Wilo expands in wastewater remedy

Wilo has made two wastewater remedy acquisitions in Germany: FSM Frankenberger GmbH & Co KG in Pohlheim and WSM Walower Stahl- und Maschinenbau GmbH in Walow.

In less than concentrate on applied sciences for mechanical cleaning and treatment of wastewater.

The two corporations might be built-in into Wilo’s Water Treatment Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
However, FSM Frankenberger and WSM Walower remain independent and can proceed to be run by native managers.
“Wilo’s market and application expertise and the 2 companies’ special options are the perfect combination to use new alternatives in existing business segments and collectively develop new markets,” stated Dr Patrick Niehr, a member of the executive board and chief change officer of the Wilo Group.
