US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired enterprise will operate underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with further territory protection, prime product strains and including further service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five locations throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service retailers. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
